Unfortunately, we are unable to speed up delivery currently.

No, you do not have to pay extra in addition to shipping.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
No, unfortunately, we do not have the option to change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

From time to time, our deliveries may well be delayed. We regret that, of course.

CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange for another item online. If you want to order another item, you must return your purchased item and order a new one.

 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED FROM THE WEBSITE IN YOUR STORE?
No, Unfortunately not. An item purchased on the website must be returned to our warehouse.

You will receive an email from us as soon as we have received and processed your return.

 

I CAN SEE THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN, BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION FROM YOU.
We do our best to process your return as quickly as possible. If more than 5 days have passed, contact our customer service info@stella-nova.dk and state your order number and tracking number.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Once your return has been received and processed, it can take 10 business days before you can see the money in your account. We refund to the same payment method as the purchase was made.

 

I CAN'T FIND A STYLE, WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
No, if you can't find the style online or in our store, it's unfortunately out of stock. All our collections are unique, meaning that what is launched is what has been produced. None of our styles will be produced exactly as is, again.
