All orders and transactions on our website are subject to Danish law. By making a purchase, you automatically accept these terms.

  

PRICES

All taxes, VAT, and duties are included in the shipping cost for deliveries outside the EU.

We strive to avoid misinformation, but please be aware that price errors may occur. If the correct price is lower than the advertised price, you will be charged the correct amount. If the correct price is higher than the advertised price, the order will be canceled. If this happens, you will be notified via email.

If you pay with a credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's security code. The security code is necessary for the payment to be completed and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.

Payment is only deducted when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted to protect your personal data.

We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations. Payment details are only stored as long as necessary to complete the transaction.

 

SHIPPING

All orders placed before 11:00 AM (CET) on a business day are typically shipped the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, longer delivery times may occur – we strive to dispatch your order within 1-4 business days from the day your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email, and on the same day, you will receive a tracking number from the chosen carrier.

We deliver in most parts of the world. The typical delivery time is between 2-5 business days, with few exceptions. You can see our estimated delivery times here. Shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout and depend on the selected shipping method and location. 

STELLA NOVA cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier. If a package is delayed or lost, please get in touch with us so we can investigate the issue. We will liaise with the shipping company to resolve the situation quickly.

If you refuse to accept your package or fail to pick it up from GLS before it is returned, you will be charged 12 EUR, covering shipping and handling fees. 

While we aim for our website to be as accurate as possible, we cannot guarantee that all products on the website are in stock when your order is processed. If an item is out of stock or misleading information affects your order, you will be contacted via email as soon as possible.

  

RETURNS

As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your package. To return an item, please fill out the return form available on our website or contact us directly. We accept returns of both new and discounted items, provided that the item is returned unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.

Once we have received and processed your return, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that returned items showing signs of wear, damage, or use will be valued at 0 EUR and discarded during quality control without compensation.

  

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 14 days so we can arrange a return or replacement. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.

When you shop with us, we collect the necessary personal data to process your order and deliver the goods. We handle all your information in accordance with GDPR regulations and ensure that your data is not shared with third parties without your consent. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES

If you wish to file a complaint about a product or our service, please contact us at info@stella-nova.dk so we can resolve the issue. If we are unable to find a satisfactory solution, you can submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board at www.forbrug.dk or use the EU's online dispute resolution portal at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

  

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law, and Danish courts must settle any disputes.
