If you wish to return your item, you can order a free GLS return label here.

When returning an item, you can easily reuse the packaging it was shipped in. We accept returns of both full-price and sale items, and offer a 30-day return period from the date we ship your order.

Once your return has been received and processed, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The amount for the returned item will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items returned after 30 days will be refunded with 0 DKK.
Returned items that show signs of wear and/or use will be assessed at 0 DKK and discarded during quality control without compensation. All items must be returned unused, with all tags intact and in original packaging.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on items purchased online. If you wish to receive a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new one through our website.

You are responsible for the item until it has been delivered to our warehouse. For your safety, we recommend keeping your postal receipt and tracking number until your refund has been issued.

If you refuse to accept your package or fail to pick it up before it is returned to us, a fee of 90 DKK will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
