We accept returns of both new and discounted items and offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your package. Once your return is received and processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. The amount for the returned item will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Items returned after 30 days will be refunded at 0 EUR.

Returned items showing signs of use and/or wear will be valued at 0 EUR and discarded during quality control without compensation. All items must be returned unused, with all price tags intact, and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased online. If you want a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new order on our website.

We offer free returns within Denmark if you choose delivery via GLS Home Delivery or GLS Pick Up Point. 

HOW TO RETURN:

  1. Please fill out the enclosed return form and place it inside the returned package. If you cannot find the return form, you can download it here. When returning an item, you can easily re-use the packaging it was sent in.

  2. All items must be returned unused with price tags and in original packaging.

  3. Please return your package to:

  4. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address above, as we are not able to pick up your package at a parcel shop. Returns sent to parcel shops are at your own risk and will be automatically returned according to the carrier's rules.
    If you return a package outside the EU, remember to add our VAT number 26987288.

  5. Once we have received and accepted the returned item(s), you will receive a refund within 10 business days (except if the items show signs of use and/or wear). The refund will be transferred back to the credit card used for the purchase. Please note that the delivery cost will not be refunded. 

  6. The responsibility of the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered on the listed return address.

You are free to choose which shipping company you want to return your order with as long as they deliver directly to the above address. Please note that this is at your own expense.

The responsibility for the item is yours until the item has been delivered to the delivery address above.

For your safety, we recommend keeping the postal receipt with the tracking number until you have received the refund.
