Delivery time varies depending on your location. The typical delivery time is between 2-5 business days, with few exceptions. You can see our estimated delivery times here. When your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so that you can follow the shipment step by step.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a faster delivery.
No, there are no additional costs beyond the shipping fee.
Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been confirmed. This also means that we cannot change the address.
We apologize if your delivery is delayed. If you have not received your order, please check the track and trace number you received via email. If you still have questions, you are welcome to contact us at info@stella-nova.dk and state your order number and tracking number.
RETURN
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange an item purchased online. If you want a different size or color, please return your original order and place a new order on our website.

You will receive an email as soon as we have processed your return. If more than 15 days have passed since you sent your return and you have not heard from us, please get in touch with customer service info@stella-nova.dk, and we will assist you further. Please include your order number and the tracking number for your return in your email.
Once your return has been received and processed, it can take up to 10 working days for the refund to appear in your account. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Claim
If you have a claim or a missing delivery, please contact info@stella-nova.dk. In your email, please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the complaint.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to claim a product purchased from one of our retailers. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact the retailer directly so they can handle the claim according to their terms and conditions
